Tabular Risk Report (League Table)

Perhaps the most common of risk reports and, in most instances, the most useful is the tabular risk report (aka the Risk League Table). Essentially it’s a table of your risks with their associated content. The risk with the highest severity (probability multiplied by impact) will appear at the top and risk with the lowest severity at the bottom.

This report can be regarded as your ‘working’ report that is the basis for detailed discussion on top severity risks, proposed treatments and treatment sign-off.

There are hundreds of sample tabular risk reports on the web so find one that broadly suits your needs and customise as appropriate.
